We are seeking a poised, polished, and confident hospitality professional to represent an upscale nightlife environment. This highly visible, guest-facing role is ideal for someone with excellent personal presentation, refined communication skills, positive energy, and the ability to create a warm and memorable first impression.
Applicants must remain attentive, discreet, courteous, and composed while working in a fast-paced environment. Reliability, responsiveness, professional grooming, and the ability to follow management direction are essential.
SCHEDULE AND EARNINGS
-- Night-shift availability is required.
-- Full-time schedules may include up to 8 hours per shift and 5 nights per week.
-- Applicants must be able to work 6 to 8 hours per scheduled shift.
-- Estimated monthly earnings are approximately $8,000 based on an 8-hour, five-night schedule, excluding gratuities.
-- Additional hours and days may be available for those who want to increase their earning potential.
-- Actual earnings may vary based on hours worked, volume, and gratuities.
PAID TRAINING
-- Paid training sessions begin at 8:30 PM on: -- Sunday-- Tuesday-- Wednesday
All new hires must complete at 20 hours of paid training before becoming eligible for a full-time schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-- Welcome guests and help maintain a polished, professional atmosphere.
-- Respond promptly to management instructions and team updates.
-- Communicate clearly when a concern or problem arises.
-- Remain alert, calm, discreet, and professional throughout every shift.
-- Treat guests, coworkers, and management with respect.
-- Follow all payment, safety, and communication procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
-- Must be 21 years of age or older.
-- Must be available for night shifts.
-- Must be dependable, respectful, responsive, and punctual.
-- Must maintain professional grooming and attire.
-- Must be a strong listener with a willingness to learn.
-- Must receive direction and feedback professionally.
-- Phone must remain charged, turned on, and accessible during work.
-- Must follow all management, safety, payment, and communication procedures.
-- Valid identification is required.
